Alaska Highway Part 1
August 17, 2023 to August 20, 2023The original plan was to hang out in Carcross for a bit, but Rachel needed to be in Calgary soon so we decided to drive a little further and do a hike in Atlin.

Next stop on the way to Calgary is Watson lake to see the sign post forest, they tout it as the largest public collection of stolen items
The drive along the Alaska Highway was filled with wildlife
The last stop before Rachel needs to drive super fast to Calgary and I take a bit more time on the Alaska Highway was the Liard hot springs. The source of the water was crazy hot, absolutely could not walk to that side of the pool, but there was also a fun channel where the water got cooler.
