Vern waking up from hibernation, so much excitement! I came back to Odessa with the intention of finishing up a few last build items, and then be ready to start heading east once it warms up and lock downs are lifted.

Main things left were insulating the doors, making a drawer for under the sink, a back for the bench, and then converting a hot water heater to 12v. I also got some winder inserts so I can add some ventilation in the front without letting bugs or rain in.

Found new homes for some of the most important items onboard, a snake plant Kari gave me and Lego Vern from Adrian.

Right about when I was ready to go, we went into a deeper lockdown and crossing the provincial borders wasn't an option, and even ontario locked down further. After being stuck in Odessa for awhile, I did a little escape to near Algonquin Park. It was good to try things out after the improvements but I was itching to get going! Hopefully my next post will be me heading east :)
